With the way things had been going for everyone over the last few weeks, Kitty and Allie had decided it might be good to have a small, semi-quiet apartment party with friends where nothing traumatic happened and they could have fun.

Aaand then Kitty got in from California too late yesterday to get much of anything done so a lot of today was spent cleaning, shopping, and finding some game off the Internet, because with the group they'd invited, it might be good to have something to focus on rather than just glaring at people across the room. Which they'd probably do anyway, but at least it wouldn't be their whole night.

By the time people were due to start showing up, everything had been set up, the place looked presentable, and the pizza had gotten here in time for Kitty to box up a couple pieces for Lucky already, because shut up, that's why.

Kitty cleared her throat when it was her turn again, for attention, or something. "What brought the orgy to a grinding halt?"

She couldn't wait to see these.

"Dry Heaving."

Yes, there was more nose wrinkling going one. A lot more.

Okay, Stiles was totally laughing when he put down the "fiery poops" card. Scott would have appreciated that one.

"Flesh-eating bacteria."

She wasn't 100% sure what an orgy was, but flesh-eating bacteria sounded like it'd bring a lot of things to a grinding halt.

"Half assed foreplay," Eric told her solemnly.

"Leprosy," Kaidan said, tossing the card down.

"I admit, when I'm at an orgy I always leave when the lepers arrive," Jack told him seriously.

"It's, ah, decent safety procedure," Kaidan said, nodding just as seriously.

"'Teaching a robot to love.' That brings a whole new meaning to a grinding halt, right?"

"...I have so many questions I don't want to have," Kitty realized.

"Such as?" Mike asked. Like a terrible person.

Kitty started counting questions off on her fingers. "Was the robot there to begin with? Was it just watching? Or did it show up halfway through? What about the orgy taught it to love, and also who programmed that poor thing?"

"I think it would've had to be there to begin with," Mike decided. "I mean, a robot just randomly showing up would be enough to stop an orgy, you wouldn't even have to teach it to love. I think."

Like someone who had no experience with anything resembling orgies. None.

"Okay, so wait. Are they teaching the robot how to love, or like, teaching the robot how to loooove?"

Valid question.

Indeed it was!

"Sadly, the card doesn't specify. It's just L-O-V-E. No inflections or anything." A beat. "But I'm betting on the latter. Because it's this game."

Jack thought "The miracle of childbirth" was an awesome answer. And for once, it wasn't even a little bit about eating people!

"Testicular torsion," Coulson said. Because come on, that had to be a winner. There was no way an orgy continued at that point.

Mike... Mike made an epic face at that choice.

"Oh, wow. Harsh, man."

But really accurate.

"Harsh, but true," Coulson said. "It also makes for an uncomfortable 911 call."

"Hipsters," Clint read. "They ruin everything."
