MHA #10- Saturday night

Needless to say, the party had been planned before Kitty woke up with boyparts. Every time this had happened, she tried to just hide out as much as possible, but it looked like that wasn't so much happening this time. So, fine, you won this one, Fandom. At least she probably wouldn't be the only one.

The apartment was cleaned, even if some stuff had been shoved into the ever-growing pile of "stuff I didn't feel like dealing with right now" in Kitty's closet. There were snacks and pizza set out, and the fridge was stocked with sodas and True Blood. Keeping Flash in mind, she was even trying to keep things non-alcoholic so it wouldn't be weird for him. Everything was all set, even if argh why why why.

At least no one was gonna have to worry about conversation-starters, right? And some things during game night might be more interesting.

"Is it experiments with magic or experiments on magic?" Kitty wondered, totally interested.

Pinkie considered this thoughtfully. "Both, I think. Though I'm not a unicorn so I don't actually have any magic of my own."

"Wait, there are unicorns?" Kitty's inner three-year-old was freaking out right now.

"Well duh," Pinkie said. "Twilight's one and so is my other bestest friend Rarity. They do all the magic. And Dashie and Fluttershy are pegasuses, so they control the weather. Apple Jack and I are Earth ponies, and we grow and make food and things. And then there are the princess alicorns, who are unicorns and pegasuses and earth ponies all in one and they can do anything. And there are crystal ponies and little fluttery buggy ponies and I bet there are sea ponies around somewhere, too, and draconequuses, though maybe there's only one of them and demon ponies that are made of smoke and are probably only legends and there's also buffalos and gryphons and dragons and cows and minotaurs and all sorts of other intelligent creatures. And all the animals, too, of course. I don't know how you humans do it, going around being the only talking things and not controlling everything in the world."

"It's definitely less interesting our way."

Pinkie put her hoof to her mouth. "Oops, sorry!" she said cheerfully. "I mean, they're pretty for people!"

"It's okay. We'd all probably look better bright pink anyway," Kitty said.

If she'd been able to design her own costume, she'd have come up with something bright and terrible by next Wednesday.
