MHA #10- Saturday night

Needless to say, the party had been planned before Kitty woke up with boyparts. Every time this had happened, she tried to just hide out as much as possible, but it looked like that wasn't so much happening this time. So, fine, you won this one, Fandom. At least she probably wouldn't be the only one.

The apartment was cleaned, even if some stuff had been shoved into the ever-growing pile of "stuff I didn't feel like dealing with right now" in Kitty's closet. There were snacks and pizza set out, and the fridge was stocked with sodas and True Blood. Keeping Flash in mind, she was even trying to keep things non-alcoholic so it wouldn't be weird for him. Everything was all set, even if argh why why why.

At least no one was gonna have to worry about conversation-starters, right? And some things during game night might be more interesting.

Clint felt kind of bad for the girls who were currently guys, but he thought he'd made it pretty clear to Kitty that he liked her even on these weekends. He liked the rest of the ladies too, of course, but that was different. Still, he'd brought plenty of beer with him, in case anyone wanted to drink their current angst away.

"And how's your weekend going?" Kitty greeted him.

"Better than yours," Clint said, slipping an arm around Kitty's waist. "How are you holding up?"

"I think I might be less grouchy than I was earlier," Kitty said. "At least everyone's in the same boat, and it'll be over soon, right?"

"It should be. Also, you're as adorable as ever," Clint said with a smile. "I know it sucks though, I'm sorry."

"I'm dealing. And you're the best," Kitty smiled. "And hopefully this ends by Monday or I'm gonna be stealing your clothes all trip."

And she felt like she looked better in his clothes when she had her real parts.

"Oh no, then my clothes will smell like you. That'd be awful," Clint said sarcastically. "I'm sure it'll be over, and it'll make the trip more interesting if it's not, that's for sure."

"Not that I know what kind of work we're gonna be doing there, but everyone could watch me do it with a messed-up center of gravity. That'd be fun." She did not think it would be fun.

"At least it doesn't mess with your powers?" Clint said. "There's always a way it could be worse." After a moment, he added, "I could take my shirt off and distract everyone from your gravity problems." That was totally a solution as far as he was concerned.

Kitty laughed. "You are so self-sacrificing. But I'd rather get back to normal and get you to take your shirt off for me in private."

"I like this plan. I'll take my shirt off in private to distract you whether you go back to normal or not," Clint said. "Unless I get voted the worst person playing this game and you don't want me to."
