Kitty was still at work, still god damn pregnant, and really tired of it. And there was for some reason a cow in the bar, and it kept walking through everything (literally through) and chirping, and Tino wasn't any help because he kept running into the wall for no reason.
Anyway, she was here, annoyed and overheating, refusing to turn on the TV tonight for her own sanity, and if you caught her in a quiet moment, you might hear her looking down and threateningly murmuring, "Get out."

Way to grab the Jedi gunslinger's interest: mention you're teaching weapons to the kids.

Rosa quirked an eyebrow. Kanan had put more thought and planning into this in the three seconds since she told him about that she had done altogether.
"Yeah, I guess mats might not be a bad idea," she allowed. Because, yes, Rosa, not cracking open your students' heads was a good thing. "And I don't know, I was just going to bring in a bunch, maybe borrow some from Blackstone," because she definitely wasn't going to let those kids get their grubby hands on her arsenal, "let them kind of see what they like and get to know them better."

It wasn't a sword club, though, dammit.

If she hadn't been looking forward to this particular class all semester, Rosa might have suggested he teach it.
"Wow," she said. "I knew you were kind of into the whole weapons training thing, but I didn't realize you were such a nerd about it."

He shrugged.
"And it isn't like there's a hell of a lot else to keep busy with around here. Only way I can make the whole setup better would be by installing a shooting range while I'm at it."
