MHA #10- Sunday evening

Kitty was finding she'd really missed all the stuff that came with the beginning of a relationship. The feeling of just being happy with it, wanting to see someone all the time, and just thinking that everything was great because of it all.

What she hadn't missed was like that slightly self-conscious, completely-not-nervous-really feeling of making sure anything potentially embarrassing or messy had been dealt with before he came over. There were a few things that'd just been shoved into a closet because it was too early to really look like she was a nineteen-year-old who lived on her own and didn't usually get visitors.

So if Kitty was checking over to her apartment until Clint arrived to make sure she looked like an adult, really, then that would be why.

"I don't think you could either. Honestly, I have a difficult time imagining you being mean to anyone," Clint admitted. "Not that I've, you know, been spending time thinking about you or anything."

"You've been thinking about me?" Kitty said, more pleased by this than she wanted to admit.

"It's been kind of hard not to," Clint said, studying his pizza. "It's been a while so I think I'm kind of reveling in the newness." If it was anyone else, he might have made a joke about being brainwashed, but yeah, no.

"I've been reveling, too," she told him. She didn't think she stopped hardly at all, even.

[so_hawkward]

"At least we're both in that same stage?" Clint said, giving in to the urge to lean over and kiss her on the cheek.

"And I, for one," she said, taking advantage of the closeness to kiss him lightly on the lips, "am okay with this stage sticking around for a while."

"Me too," Clint said. "Especially now that we've graduated to indoor dates. This was an awesome idea."

"It's so much easier than risking getting the cops called on us," she grinned.

"I like how you say 'us' when you were the one experimenting," Clint teased, picking some of the toppings off of his pizza.

"And of course you weren't encouraging it at all," she reminded him.

[so_hawkward]

"Hey, having embarrassing noises dragged out of oneself does not count as encouraging," Clint said. "The fact that I didn't want you to stop is beside the point."

"I seem to remember you telling me I could do it again..." Kitty said thoughtfully.

Clint grinned as he looked over at her and tried to stealthily scoot closer. "Well, I suppose, if you want to..."

Kitty placed her hand on the inside of his knee, leaning in closer. "I really do."

[so_hawkward]

"And you said I can too, right?" Clint asked, only partly teasing. He really did want to make sure it was okay to touch her, after all that he'd been thinking about it. "It would only be fair."

[throughaphase]

"As long as we're going for fair," she said with a smile. "You can do whatever you want." It wasn't like she hadn't been thinking about it, too.

"Well, in that case..." Clint said, trailing off as he set his plate back on the table, and reached over to slip his fingers across the back of Kitty's neck.

Smiling, Kitty wasted absolutely no time in going in for a real kiss. She'd have thought she'd be more nervous about this part, but no. No nerves.

Clint might have let out a sigh, but it was one of relief. It was getting hard to keep his hands off of Kitty, and he kissed her back, moving his thumb in small circles along the back of her neck.

She leaned in slightly to his touch, and if that didn't say that she liked that, the soft sound she made in response might have. Meanwhile she began drawing patterns with her fingers on the inside of his knee.

Clint didn't want to seem needy, but he couldn't help but spread his legs a little to encourage her. The noise she made was, frankly, pretty awesome, and he kissed her harder to try to get more sounds.

He definitely got more sounds that way. He also got her trailing her hand further up his leg and her deepening the kiss because that was feeling really important right now.

Clint let out a sharp moan and pushed his fingers into her hair, trying to draw Kitty with him as he went to lean back. They had a whole couch to work with, after all, and no one watching if things got a little more indecent.

Kitty was definitely filing that away as a sound she wanted to hear more of. She moved with him easily, settling over him and sliding her hands up over his sides. Getting to have two hands on him at once was definitely a plus.

Getting to put both of his hands on Kitty was nice. Having her over him was really nice. Getting to slide one of his hands down her back to grab her ass? That was very, very nice.
